PRUDENTIAL CALIFORNIA REALTY RAISES FUNDS
FOR RELIEF EFFORT IN SOUTHEAST ASIA DISASTER

(MODESTO, California) Prudential California Realty's (PCR) recent fundraising campaign to help tsunami victims in Southeast Asia resulted in a cash commitment of $8,250 for immediate relief. The announcement was made today by Craig C. Lewis, president/CEO of PCR.

In addition to the $2,750 donated by staff and sales professionals, an additional $5,500 was contributed through PCR matching funds and the Prudential Foundation CARES Disaster Relief Fund. The collected donations were sent to the American Red Cross for tsunami aid. The American Red Cross will continue to keep the public informed of its relief efforts through the their web site at www.redcross.org.

On Sunday, December 26, 2004, an earthquake off the coast of Indonesia created a tidal wave that struck the southeastern, eastern and southwestern coastal regions of India leaving millions of people and families helpless.

"The recent tsunami in southeast Asia is another reminder of our responsibility to contribute to the health, well-being and welfare of our global community," says Craig C. Lewis. "The need for aid is extremely great. As an organization we are not only committed to causes at home, but also abroad, and we sincerely thank all of those who contributed in our effort to send immediate aid."
