PRUDENTIAL CALIFORNIA REALTY OPENS VIRTUAL OFFICE IN MERCED
(MODESTO, California) The real estate paradigm is shifting in a new direction. As technology and communication advancements enhance the way real estate professionals do business, Prudential California Realty continues to introduce innovation to further meet and exceed clients’ needs. Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce the opening of its first virtual office in Merced, California. The announcement was made today by Craig C. Lewis, President/CEO of PCR.
Recently PCR introduced a new technology platform called SphereBuilder system that equips sales professionals with their own personal website as well as a back office system to manage contacts, email, calendar, documents, transactions, marketing campaigns, web design, lead generation and conversion, reports and more. The SphereBuilder software system provides many of the day-to-day necessities sales professionals need to facilitate business virtually.

Sue Unger, PCR Sales Manager for Turlock, Ceres, Riverbank and Waterford offices, will oversee Merced’s virtual office. The Merced office will transition from a physical office location to a fully-functioning, completely virtual operating entity.
