PRUDENTIAL CALIFORNIA REALTY AQUIRES
EVEREST REAL ESTATE IN MANTECA
(MODESTO, California) Craig C. Lewis, president/CEO, Prudential California Realty, and Pat Mullin, Broker/Owner, Everest Real Estate, announced today that Prudential California Realty has merged with and acquired Everest Real Estate, Manteca and that the new company will be known as Prudential California Realty.
Carol Perdew will continue to lead the operation as sales manager as Prudential California Realty furthers its expansion into the Manteca market. We are excited to welcome aboard Pat Mullins, Doug Asuncion, Art Medina, and Steve Victor as sales associates to the Manteca office. Offices of the new firm will be located at 401 N.
