MODESTO REALTOR DENI ROYER ELECTED TREASURER FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA CHAPTER OF CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS
(MODESTO, California) Deni Royer, a REALTOR® with Prudential California Realty Modesto since 1984, has been elected Treasurer for the Northern California Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists. Tom Patterson, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Regional Vice President from San Antonio, Texas, swore in Royer at the quarterly meeting in Oakland, California at Scott’s Restaurant on November 3, 2006.
Deni Royer obtained her Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1994, and is excited about serving as the 2007-2008 Treasurer. Royer has also received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Fine Homes Specialist designations, plus is a Prudential Relocation Specialist.
As Treasurer, Royer will be responsible for overseeing the budget and will serve on the audit and financial planning committees. She will also attend quarterly CRS meetings, executive board meetings, audit and budget meetings, and strategic planning meetings for the chapter.
The Council of Residential Specialists is presented throughout the U.S. in affiliation with the National Association of REALTORS®, as part of its on-going program of promoting the professionalism of the residential sales associate. Certified Residential Specialists have been educated on specific ideas to add value to and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service both during and after the buying and or selling of a home. Only 4% of the REALTORS® have the prestigious CRS designation.
