Organizing, managing and communicating have always been the primary functions of the positions I’ve held. But the way I look at it, it all boils down to helping people. That's where the joy is.
It just so happens that the person she's been helping most for the past ten years is the company President and CEO, Craig C. Lewis. As Vice President of Corporate Services, Cindy Fraze oversees the Marketing Department, Human Resources, Guarantee Pacific Mortgage Company, Legal Department, and Lease Adminisration. She also assists in mergers/acquisitions, franchise relations and maintains Craig's real estate transaction files and calendar. Those duties alone would be enough to keep her busy. But in her other role as a Corporate Officer, Cindy also assists the corporation with the requirements necessary.
Wearing "multiple hats" is nothing new for Cindy, career-wise. Before being recruited by the company, Cindy was part of one of Modesto's top legal firms where she maintained attorneys' calendars and prepared litigation documents.
It would take a full-length documentary to follow Cindy through a typical workday. Still, she wouldn't trade her current responibilities for anything. Because not only does she get to help other people, she gets to help those people help others. And if it can sometimes be twice the work, it also offers twice the "joy," as she puts it.
Cindy is married to husband Matthew Fraze, and is mother of three young daughters. She is also active in her church and community.
