(MODESTO, California) Craig C. Lewis, president/CEO, Prudential California Realty, and Bob Oliver, Broker/Associate, Oliver Realty, announced today that Prudential California Realty has merged with and acquired Oliver Realty, and that the new company will be known as Prudential California Realty.
Bob Oliver will continue to lead the operation as sales manager as Prudential California Realty begins its expansion into the Riverbank market. Offices of the new firm will be located at 3331 Atchison Street. The telephone number is (209) 863-9830.
