Your mortgage company will work with you to identify a personalized financial solution to fit your budget and your situation.  We have a commitment to providing rates that are competitive and appropriate based on your financial picture, credit history, characteristics of the transaction and the property involved.  Because each loan is personalized to your financial situation, you’ll receive a personal rate quote when you request your loan.

You can select a fixed rate mortgage.  You’ll rest easy knowing the rate and payment stay the same with a fixed rate mortgage. Plus, it builds in valuable peace of mind for your family budget.

Is it safe to enter my information online?
Our security standards are among the most stringent of any company on the Internet. Our security team keeps abreast of and implements relevant technology developments -- whether it is an improved form of encryption or a better method for monitoring unauthorized intrusion. Learn more about our commitment to your privacy and security.

What if I have more than one co-borrower?
That's no problem. Your mortgage consultant will collect the information about any additional co-borrowers. If you’re starting an application online, think of only one of the other applicants as your co-borrower for now and provide answers based on that person. If one of the joint applicants is your spouse, answer the online questions using his or her information. After you've submitted your information, a mortgage consultant will call you to discuss your next steps; that’s when you can provide the additional information.

Will I need to send any documentation?
Documentation requests vary by loan type. We generally request W-2s, recent pay stubs, bank statements, and account statements. Your mortgage consultant will provide specific information about exactly what will be needed and where it should be sent.

What if I have filed for bankruptcy or have less–than–perfect credit?
We provide home financing programs that may be able to accommodate your circumstances. Keep in mind that your credit history can affect the amount of money you can borrow in relation to your income and the interest rate you are offered. The best way to understand your options is to speak with a home mortgage consultant.

When will someone contact me?
We'll contact you within three business days after you've submitted your online information.
